Metal Welder and Fabricator TABER , the leading manufacturer of custom millwork, metalwork, and upholstery in Orange County, is seeking a Metal Welder and Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal work, welding skills, be familiar with fabrication, read work orders, and collaborate with other members of our team. You will be responsible for bringing our amazing projects to reality. Your projects will be amongst some of the largest and most preeminent ones in Southern California, and you will be working with many of the biggest contractors and sophisticated owners and architects. Are you ready to Be Awesome? We have a strong custom metal department, and we are looking to expand. We are willing to train and mentor anyone qualified for the position. Our ideal Metal Welder and Fabricator Candidate: • 3 years of metalwork experience • Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding skills • Bonus points for expertise in welding brass and copper • Extensive knowledge in fabrication processes • Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel and steel • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, discussing challenges and collaboratively brainstorming solutions to enhance productivity Company Core Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Quality and Humility.
