Description
Responsibilities: Analyze customers’ specific production scenarios and provide recommendations for MES system modeling and configuration; Lead project implementation, including issue tracking, business process mapping, system and custom feature debugging, and technical documentation writing; Train end users on system functionality and provide technical support for advanced product adoption; Maintain effective communication with project team members and coordinate on-site customer resources; Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver solutions to customers on schedule; Collaborate closely with the headquarters development team to resolve product-related issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. Solid understanding of manufacturing operations; minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MES (or related systems) within the manufacturing industry. Strong structured thinking and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and technical writing abilities. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; strong reading and writing skills in English. Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required by project needs. Prior experience leading or participating in end-to-end MES implementation projects is preferred. Industry experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or medical devices is a plus.
