Job Description Position Title: Warehouse Merchandise Storeperson Location:  Niseko, Japan Reports to: Merchandise Warehouse Manager Contract Term: Exact dates TBC - October/November, 2026 - April 2027 Salary : ¥1,700 per hour starting About us: Rhythm is about creating epic experiences for our customers, which starts with our people. Position Summary: As a Warehouse Merchandise Storeperson, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our merchandise stock flowing. In this dynamic environment, you'll put your physical strength to good use, loading, unloading, and managing stock across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Receive, price, and record incoming merchandise, flagging any discrepancies or damage • Enter and maintain accurate stock data in Easy Rent • Assist with stock movement between facilities and stores • Conduct regular stock takes and keep the warehouse clean and organised • Communicate clearly with other Rhythm locations regarding stock levels and movements • Support other departments when needed and take on tasks as they come up • Follow safety protocols and operate equipment responsibly What you need to succeed: • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and stock management • Good communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented attitude • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including operating equipment • Ability to stay organised under pressure and manage shifting priorities • Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or stockroom role is a plus • Familiarity with inventory or rental management systems (experience with Easy Rent a bonus) The Perks and Benefits As a Rhythm employee, you will be shown the same hospitality that we give our customers.
