Pre-Construction MEP Manager Location: London Type: Permanent I’m working with a leading London developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction MEP Manager to oversee their in-house building services function across several major schemes. The role will focus on managing MEP design consultants and taking control of pre-construction workflows, ensuring all technical designs align with project, commercial, and delivery objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate MEP consultants through design and pre-construction stages • Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards • Work closely with internal development and project teams to drive design efficiency and cost control • Support procurement and provide technical input during tender stages • Identify opportunities for value engineering and innovation About You: • Strong background in MEP/building services, ideally from a developer, contractor, or consultancy background • Proven experience managing consultants and pre-construction processes • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Commercially aware with strong technical insight
