The Basics Location: Split between two clinics - Tues to Friday at Ogden, UT 84403 and Mondays at Layton, UT 84041 Salary + Bonus Potential: $65,000 - $89,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)  Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve. Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients. The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.  Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
