Every day is different, but every day you'll know your work has made a positive impact. 🌈 What You'll Be Doing As one of our Team Leaders, you'll: • Lead and motivate a team of Mental Health Support Workers. • Be a role model, promoting compassionate, recovery-focused support. • Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to reach their full potential. • Support residents to achieve greater independence and personal goals. • Ensure medication is administered safely and accurately. • Complete supervisions, observations and competency checks. • Help coordinate staffing and day-to-day service operations. • Promote safeguarding, dignity, positive risk-taking and high-quality care. • Work closely with healthcare professionals, families and external partners. 🚀 Grow Your Career With Us At Northern Healthcare, we believe in promoting from within.
