Incentives include: • 12 weeks paid accommodation (Role and visa dependent) • Regional incentives and allowances as per local policy About the Role We are seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Nurses to join the team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, recovery-focused, patient-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting mental health assessments and risk evaluations • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with patients and families • Administering medications and monitoring therapeutic responses • Providing crisis intervention and support • Supporting patients in both inpatient and community settings • Working closely within a multidisciplinary mental health team Requirements • Valid AHPRA registration • 2–3 years’ experience in mental health nursing • ANMAC registration for PR pathway What’s on Offer • Accommodation provided (12 weeks) • Rural incentives and professional development opportunities Think this is something you might be interested in?
