Reflection AI is developing open-weight AI models and is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to manage operational, strategic, and project-based IT responsibilities with autonomy. The role encompasses tier 1 and tier 2 IT support, IT security initiatives, office buildouts, and internal customer support across the organization. What You'll Do • Handle day-to-day operational IT requests from executives, engineers, and non-technical staff • Design and implement systems and processes to improve IT operations efficiency • Act as on-premises IT lead at New York headquarters • Define IT requirements for new office space buildouts and coordinate installation of audio/visual, networking, and security equipment • Support IT Security initiatives including hardware security key rollout and device posture attestation • Assist with design and deployment of IT systems such as MDM, SSO, and ticketing solutions What You Need • Recent experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support • Comfort in customer-facing role supporting executives, engineers, and non-technical staff • Ability to navigate complex problems with minimal support • Experience managing both macOS and Windows devices • Expertise in user provisioning through Rippling and Okta, including automation of onboarding/offboarding flows • Experience configuring and managing Okta as primary SSO identity provider and integrating SaaS platforms • Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud • Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear • Strong technical depth with ability to communicate technical information to various audiences Nice to Have • Linux experience • FleetDM MDM solution experience Top-tier compensation with salary and equity, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, fully paid parental leave, paid time off, relocation support, daily lunch and dinner, regular off-sites and team celebrations
