Benefits: • Competitive pay: $26–$33/hour based on experience • Health insurance starting Day One • 401(k) contribution after 3 months • 80 PTO hours after 90 days • Company-paid Life Insurance (starting Day One) • Laptop and diagnostic/specialty tools provided • Uniforms (includes cold-weather gear) • Employee discounts on parts • Paid certification training to advance your career • Most managers are promoted from within Main Duties: • Perform preventative maintenance on light to medium-duty trucks in-shop • Conduct State Inspections and Emissions testing, and related repairs • Diagnose and repair systems: engine, transmission, chassis, and electrical • Use diagnostic tools and road test vehicles for performance checks • Work independently, communicate clearly, and manage your tasks • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements: • Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one before starting) • PA State Inspection License & Emissions Certification • Your own hand tools (diagnostic & specialty tools are provided) • Minimum 5 years of experience working on medium-duty vehicles (or equivalent technical certifications, education, and experience) • Basic computer skills and diagnostic software familiarity Want to work with a company that respects your time, supports your growth, and treats you like a professional?
