As you grow through projects with global leaders, you’ll be constantly evolving, while being supported in an environment built on  trust ,  respect , and  empowerment . Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Engineering and QA to clarify requirements, support implementation, and validate delivered functionality. Model current and future state processes (e.g., BPMN/UML diagrams, flowcharts) and identify improvement opportunities. Support Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews) by ensuring requirements are ready and well understood. Assist with UAT planning and execution: test scenarios, support business users, track issues through resolution. Identify and manage dependencies, assumptions, and risks; communicate effectively with stakeholders. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing (Confluence or similar). Requirements 2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and translating requirements into deliverables. Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfort working with complex systems. Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with APIs/integrations and ability to read basic technical documentation. Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence, Miro, Visio, draw.io.
