Join our dedicated team as a n On-Call Driver and be part of an organization that positively impacts lives every day!   Work Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of Sioux Falls, SD Schedule: Part-time, On-call availability required. 2-3 24hr On Call Shifts per week. Flexibility to pick up extra shifts based upon coverage needs.   How You Will Be Rewarded as  an On-Call Driver   Compensation: Competitive pay, $23.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 overnight shift differential.  Benefits: Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match w/immediate vesting), HSA & FSA, employer paid Life & AD&D benefits Sick Time: Employer paid sick time Key Responsibilities of an On-Call Driver   Provide professional ground transportation for surgical teams, specimens, and critical medical equipment   Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service   Adhere to all traffic laws and TAM operational procedures Perform vehicle safety checks and fleet maintenance tasks   Maintain constant communication with logistics coordinators and respond to dispatch calls within 10 minutes Handle medical specimens and sensitive cargo with utmost care and precision   Qualifications & Skills of an On-Call Driver   High School Diploma/GED required   Valid driver’s license with a clean 39-month driving record   2+ years of driving experience EVOC Certification preferred Excellent customer service and relationship building skills   Experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving a plus   Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods   Reliable cell phone access and availability for on-call shifts   Why Join Trinity Medical Solutions?    Purpose-Driven Work: Directly contribute to life-saving initiatives    Career Growth: Gain experience in the medical transport and logistics industry   Comprehensive Benefits : Competitive compensation and support for professional growth    Collaborative Culture: Join a dedicated team committed to excellence and innovation    At Trinity Medical Solutions, you will find more than just a job, you will find a career filled with purpose, growth, and a community dedicated to making a difference.
