We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you! Account specific roles and responsibilities: Daily Operations Plan daily workflow and assignments. Monitor productivity and 40-chart target. Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload. Quality Management Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness. Track quality trends and provide weekly reports. Coaching & Development Conduct coaching and performance reviews. Create improvement plans and apply feedback. Reporting Prepare weekly production and issue reports. Provide leadership updates. Training & Support Train and onboard new scribes. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation. Scribing Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as the formal versions of medical jargon Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience Requirements Must be a graduate of any medical course With at least 6 months Team Lead / Supervisory / SME experience Must have 2 years of Medical Scribes / Transcriptionist Experience With experience in ECW Averaging 50-60 WPM Excellent verbal and written English skills Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
