This role offers the opportunity to contribute to LEO Pharma’s medical leadership in psoriasis through scientific engagement, evidence-generation activities, and close collaboration with leading dermatology experts across Belgium. Your role As Medical Science Liaison, based in Belgium, you will be responsible for providing external and internal stakeholders with high-quality scientific information on LEO Pharma’s psoriasis products and the broader psoriasis therapeutic area. This is a field-based role with a strong external focus, where approximately 80% of your time will be spent engaging with healthcare professionals and key external experts across Belgium. You will act as a trusted scientific partner, supporting the implementation of the psoriasis medical strategy, identifying insights and evidence gaps, and driving medical initiatives and expert-led projects from concept to execution. • Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with leading dermatologists and key external experts through regular field engagement and high-quality scientific exchange • Provide credible, balanced, and scientifically robust information on LEO psoriasis products, research activities, and product development • Identify, develop, and support scientific initiatives, evidence-generation activities, advisory boards, and expert meetings in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Drive KEE-led and medical projects from concept to execution, ensuring effective follow-up, coordination, and delivery across regions • Share scientific insights internally, support medical review activities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Scientific Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales to execute the psoriasis medical strategy The role offers: This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of medical dermatology in a highly external and scientifically engaging position. Your qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: • Relevant scientific or healthcare-related background with the ability to engage in high-level scientific discussions and communicate complex medical information effectively • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry either as an MSL or Sales Representative • Experience in dermatology, especially psoriasis, is a strong plus • Strong field-oriented mindset with willingness and ability to travel extensively and engage regularly with experts across Belgium • Fluency in French and English, with Dutch strongly preferred to support effective coverage across Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a valid driver’s license LEO Pharma is built on collaboration, innovation and curiosity. The team is focused on developing and executing the psoriasis medical strategy through strong scientific exchange, medical insight generation, and close collaboration with external experts and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in building LEO Pharma’s scientific presence across Belgium.
