KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute sales strategies in alignment with team objectives. • Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information. • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth. • Collaborate effectively within the team to maximize job impact and personal learning. • Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external stewardship requirements. Berufliche Qualifikationen QUALIFICATIONS • At least 2-3 relevant experiences as medical representative or similar role • Minimum graduate degree, preferred pharmacy, biology or other health related educational background • Able to drive and has motorcycle license (Sim C) in Indonesia • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others. • Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly. • Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements. • Open for mobility across Indonesia ( Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung and Surabaya) and potentially across Indonesia.
