Job Description The Clinical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping ensure an efficient, professional, and welcoming experience across EBCAP's medical, behavioral health, and dental programs. This role supports daily clinic operations through patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payment processing, and accurate documentation within electronic medical record systems. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Work Schedule Regular clinic hours with flexibility to support patient access and operational needs. Required availability for Tuesday and Thursday evening clinic hours. Required availability for a rotating Saturday half-day schedule.
