About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Device Specialist to support the development of our Diagnostic Imaging Injector business across the German-speaking region of Switzerland. In this field-based role, you will combine commercial, clinical, and technical expertise to promote innovative injector systems and support healthcare professionals in optimizing their use.
You will work closely with radiologists, radiographers, biomedical engineers, and hospital decision-makers, providing product demonstrations, application support, training, and commercial guidance.
Key Activities
Sales & Business Development
• Promote Bracco Diagnostic Imaging injector systems and related medical devices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare professionals
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate and support equipment sales opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory
• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with company objectives
Clinical & Application Support
• Provide product demonstrations and application training to healthcare professionals
• Explain product features, benefits, and clinical applications
• Support customers during installations and implementation phases
• Ensure optimal utilization of Bracco injector systems
• Deliver scientific, technical, and product-related information to customers
Territory & Customer Management
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports using Salesforce
• Ensure regular follow-up of the installed equipment base
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Technical Service teams
• Participate in scientific meetings, congresses, and customer events
• Manage territory activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Education and Prior Experience
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Experience in medical device sales, applications, or clinical support preferred
• Knowledge of radiology workflows and diagnostic imaging environments is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset combined with customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems
Languages
• German: fluent (mandatory)
• English: required
• French: an advantage
