Medical Assistant or EMT – Urgent Care The Urgent Care is looking for a professional, high-performing Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) committed to excellence in patient care. Responsibilities • Manage patient flow and the waiting room • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with patient questions • Perform vitals, labs, injections, vaccinations, and POCT per provider orders • Assist providers during exams and procedures • Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment (exam rooms, lab, equipment) • Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care from start to finish Qualifications for MA and EMT: • MA :  CCMA or MA experience • EMT :  High school diploma + EMT certification (NREMT or equivalent) • Strong customer service skills • Critical thinking and multitasking ability • Flexible availability (minimum 20–30 hours/week) Benefits • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (BCBS) • 401(k) • Life Insurance • Short & Long-Term Disability • Medical stipend (family included after 90 days) • Holiday Pay The Urgent Care
