About the Role As a Clinical Technologist , you'll be a critical member of the team, supporting patient flow and engaging in various clinical support tasks. After completing initial training (4-6 weeks), you'll perform all job responsibilities independently with confidence. This entry-level role is ideal for MAs and PCTs looking to expand their skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced clinic environment. This position will float between Cypress and West University. Key Responsibilities Patient Care Support: Assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals documentation. Use eCW to update patient status and maintain smooth patient flow. Procedure Support: Prepare exam rooms, support sterile and non-sterile procedures, assist in surgical procedures, and follow CDC and OSHA guidelines for safety and cleanliness. Documentation & Inventory: Document patient information, complete consent forms, manage inventory, and keep exam rooms stocked. Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold all HIPAA standards, follow Core Values and Standards of Conduct, and maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Surgical Technician, or Scrub Technician in a patient care setting BLS certification required within 60 days of hire (American Heart Association preferred) Preferred completion of an accredited MA or Surgical Technologist program Strong communication skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Dependable, punctual, and knowledgeable in medical terminology Why Join You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on quality patient care, career growth, and a supportive work environment.
