You will be responsible for executing high-impact medical plans, ensuring the smooth operation of early access programs, and providing the medical leadership necessary to support product launches and cross-functional commercial collaboration. Your mission is to turn scientific insights into actionable strategies that secure Servier’s reputation and clinical presence. Key Responsibilities • Medical Strategy & Launch Excellence: Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs plan, ensuring local clinical activities are measurable and aligned with Global/Regional strategic priorities. Lead the medical framework for new therapeutic indications and oversee the medical governance of Named Patient Programs (NPPs). • Scientific Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Systematically identify and maintain long-term professional relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the medical community. Facilitate high-level scientific exchange to gather insights and represent the affiliate at major medical symposia and webinars. • Cross-Functional Leadership & Integration: Provide medical expertise to Sales & Marketing and Market Access colleagues for product positioning and value dossiers. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance to maintain product safety, and partner with ICTR to represent Hong Kong’s excellence in clinical trials. • Evidence Generation: Assess local clinical needs and develop evidence generation plans based on scientific gaps, including local research activities and Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS). • Medical Governance & Compliance: Act as the medical reviewer for promotional and scientific materials, ensuring all interactions adhere to Servier’s internal policies and local ethical standards. • Operational & People Management: Supervise and mentor subordinates by providing clear objectives and professional development guidance. Manage the medical budget to ensure economic efficiency and optimal resource allocation. Requirements • Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD). • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs within a Multinational Pharmaceutical (MNC) environment, preferably with a proven track record in Oncology. • Technical Skills: Robust understanding of the local healthcare environment, pharmaceutical industry regulatory codes, clinical practices, and medical governance frameworks. High proficiency in scientific writing and data interpretation. • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong strategic vision combined with leadership and team coordination skills. Proven expert in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. • Communication: Excellent project management skills with strong written and oral communication.
