Description
The Video Creative Lead is responsible for developing new video content for a variety of delivery platforms. This role ensures that quality content is created through all stages of production.
Job Duties
•
Research and develop video-based content and products (e.g., devotionals, podcasts, YouTube/social) for Content and other leadership to meet strategic organizational goals.
•
Meet with internal stakeholders to understand needs and propose relevant video content ideas.
•
Produce content using industry-standard camera, lighting, and audio equipment as needed.
•
Serve as director for approved video projects, working with talent/interviewees, stakeholders and staff to ensure timely, on-brand, delivery.
•
Participate in pre-production planning, including collaborating with teammates to execute manager and/or stakeholder’s vision.
•
Capture platform-appropriate video and audio in studio and on location for a variety of outputs.
•
Participate in all phases of content creation, including pre-production, production, post-production, scheduling, and delivery.
•
Ensure all content that is created meets FamilyLife standards and brand.
•
Contribute to post-production of content, including but not limited to editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
•
Assist with setup and production for video shoots as needed.
•
Manage media files according to team best practices. Deliver media as needed to contractors and stakeholders.
•
Contribute to other regular production efforts, (e.g., podcasts, events, promotional content, social media, YouTube).
