Taking responsibility together • Sie sind Teil eines Montageteams, welches für die Ausführung von Installations- und Montagearbeiten von Baugruppen und Anlagen im Rahmen interner (Vor-)Montagen nach Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und anderen Dokumenten verantwortlich ist. • Mitwirkung bei der Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Erprobung, Reparatur und Wartung von mechanischen Baugruppen und Anlagen im weltweiten Einsatz, sowie bei entsprechender Eignung die fachliche Anleitung von internem und externem Montagepersonal • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Mess-, Prüf- und Einstellarbeiten an Baugruppen, Komponenten und Anlagen Contribute own competencies • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Fachrichtung Mechatroniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montage und Installation komplexer Baugruppen und Anlagen, vorzugsweise auf dem Gebiet der Vakuumprozess technik • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, Wissen um fachspezifische Abläufe, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung • Anwendungsbereite Englischkenntnisse im Fall eines weltweiten Einsatzes • Hohes Maß an Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit sowie zeitliche Flexibilität • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten runden Ihr Profil ab Benefits Flexible working hours Job- or Germany ticket Up to 30 days vacation / Paid time off Family-friendly company Mobile working Work cell phone and laptop Individual development & training opportunities Performance-related payment incl. Onboarding We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning. In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction. 1 Employee account As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card. 2 Welcome-Day The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work. 3 On-the-job training Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing. 4 Feedback In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company.
