Join Our Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Mechanical Reviewer to support the review, editing, and quality assurance of vehicle inspection reports. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing inspection reports, photos, and videos submitted by field inspectors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation before they are delivered to clients. You will collaborate with inspectors, customers, and internal teams while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. What Is Your Mission? You will provide exceptional service to our customers by: Reviewing, editing, and uploading vehicle inspection reports, including written findings, photographs, and video documentation Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, technical terminology, spelling, grammar, and punctuation of inspection reports before submission to clients Demonstrating a strong understanding of both classic and modern vehicles to properly evaluate inspection findings Communicating with clients, inspectors, technicians, and internal team members through phone, email, and instant messaging Responding to customer and operational emails in a timely and professional manner Providing phone and email support to field inspectors and technicians when assistance is required Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Managing assigned workloads with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and reliability Supporting administrative and operational activities as assigned by management Working efficiently and accurately while maintaining quality standards with minimal supervision
