This position is responsible for managing production teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and company best practices. The Mechanical Team Lead actively leads internal and external meetings, providing strategic input and technical guidance based on extensive experience, research, and industry knowledge. The Mechanical Team Lead mentors and supports team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while also reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. In addition, the Team Lead leverages engineering software and tools to evaluate and refine designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to high-level technical reports and project documentation.
