We are looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team as we develop hardware for ion-trap quantum computing. Passionate about helping create technologies which can change the world? We may be the right place for you so get in touch! What You’ll Accomplish: Design, build and test thermal control systems for ion trap quantum devices. Design, build and test electronic enclosure assemblies for ion trap quantum devices. Integrate mechanical designs with laser systems and electronics designs. Work with a multidisciplinary and experienced team of Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Physicists and Quantum Engineers. Help in the planning and scheduling of projects, reporting progress and issues. Engage with project planning activities, risk management and scheduling requirements.
