Key Responsibilities Preventive & Corrective Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance inspections and corrective actions on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement appropriate repairs or replacement of parts. System Improvements : Evaluate current systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase uptime. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare part usage. Project Support : Participate in the planning and execution of engineering projects, including new equipment installation, line upgrades, and layout changes. Compliance & Safety : Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Vendor & Contractor Coordination : Liaise with external service providers for specialized maintenance, equipment servicing, and parts procurement. Requirements Requirements Education : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline. Experience : At least 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Technical Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, and automated systems is an advantage Familiarity with TPM, 5S, or other continuous improvement frameworks Soft Skills : Good communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Ability to work independently and under pressure Benefits Chan Chee Meng EA 07C3069 R1110620
