What We Offer • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance • 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution • Paid Time Off • Paid Training and Ongoing Professional Development • Employee Vehicle Purchase Program • Long-Term Career Stability • Supportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment Responsibilities • Present finance and protection products based on each customer's needs to enhance their ownership experience. • Secure financing through our network of lending partners while obtaining the best possible approvals for our guests. • Build value in finance, protection, and aftermarket products through a transparent, customer-focused approach. • Be actively involved on the showroom floor early in the sales process to support both customers and the sales team. • Partner closely with sales associates and managers to help drive dealership performance and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Coach and train sales associates on finance products, protection products, compliance, and value-building techniques. • Serve as a positive team player who leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. • Review, monitor, and ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership administrative staff. • Ensure every deal complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. • Manage lender portfolio and funding to ensure timely contract processing. • Set and maintain an organized, efficient finance department schedule. • Process title paperwork and work closely with administrative offices as needed. • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, product knowledge, and overall dealership performance. Qualifications • Previous automotive finance experience preferred • A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and staying current on finance products, regulations, and industry trends. • Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Professional appearance and strong work ethic. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen Meade Lexus is an equal opportunity employer.
