Description Seasoned MDS Coordinator (RN or LPN) – Full-Time In-House Position | Massillon, OH Are you an experienced MDS Coordinator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where your expertise is valued? We are seeking a seasoned MDS professional to join our team in Massillon, Ohio. This is an on-site position designed for an MDS expert who can confidently lead the assessment process and support quality resident outcomes. Please Note: This is an in-house, full-time position . We are only considering experienced MDS Coordinators with a proven background in completing and managing the MDS process.
