Role: Maths Teacher Contract: Full-time, temporary Salary: £168-232 Dates: September 2026 Location: Medway, Kent We are seeking a dedicated and confident Maths Teacher to join this secondary school on a full-time basis from September 2026 on an ongoing long term basis. The school is looking for a reliable specialist who can provide continuity and high-quality teaching during this period. Maths Teacher responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3–KS4 • Plan, mark and assess in line with departmental expectations • Support student progress and attainment through structured teaching • Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic focus • Contribute to the wider Maths department and school community Maths Teacher requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar recognised in the UK • Experience teaching Maths in a secondary setting • Ability to commit to full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking • Strong classroom management • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maths specialist looking to secure a consistent full-time role in a respected school, with the potential to make a real impact on student outcomes.
