Teacher of Maths Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire Salary: £34,492 £41,140 per annum Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Think FE is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Maths Teachers to join a supportive and forward-thinking further education college in Moulton. The role You will: • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of individual learners • Support students to develop their mathematical knowledge, skills and confidence • Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback • Create an inclusive, positive and stimulating learning environment • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College • Maintain accurate assessment and learner progress records About you The successful candidate will be: • A qualified or aspiring teacher with strong Maths subject knowledge • Passionate about helping learners achieve their potential • Able to deliver creative, engaging and accessible lessons • Committed to high standards of teaching, learning and assessment • Supportive, organised and confident in managing a diverse classroom • Willing to contribute positively to the wider College community Relevant teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification would be advantageous.
