Teacher of Maths Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire Salary: £34,492 £41,140 per annum Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Think FE is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Maths Teachers to join a supportive and forward-thinking further education college in Moulton. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire learners, build their confidence and help them achieve success in their mathematical studies. You will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the College while supporting students with a range of abilities, backgrounds and career aspirations. The role You will: • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of individual learners • Support students to develop their mathematical knowledge, skills and confidence • Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback • Create an inclusive, positive and stimulating learning environment • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College • Maintain accurate assessment and learner progress records About you The successful candidate will be: • A qualified or aspiring teacher with strong Maths subject knowledge • Passionate about helping learners achieve their potential • Able to deliver creative, engaging and accessible lessons • Committed to high standards of teaching, learning and assessment • Supportive, organised and confident in managing a diverse classroom • Willing to contribute positively to the wider College community Relevant teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification would be advantageous.
