• +44 115 9459900 Job ID: 15767 Job Title: Maternity Cover Veterinary Surgeon Region: South East County: Kent Profession: Veterinary Surgeon Category: Small Animal Position: Permanent Start Date: 17 Nov 2025 End Date: Ongoing Accommodation: No Job Description: We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established small animal practice on the Surrey / Kent border who are in need of fixed-term maternity cover from the 17th of November through until July 2026 (with the potential for extension) You will be joining a friendly and experienced team of 3 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 receptionists, and a Practice Manager who are all committed to providing outstanding care and treating their patients as if they were their own. The Role: • 4-day week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (8:30am – 6:30pm) • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:00pm (with time off in lieu) • No out-of-hours or on-call • A mix of consulting and operating in a well-equipped, busy practice Aa 3-day week alongside the Saturday rota can be considered for the right candidate if needed.
