We are in search of a go-to problem-solver—someone whose "yes" is an absolute commitment to getting things done!   Position Details: - Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annual salary - Location: New York, NY - Employment Type: Full-Time   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Manage all end-to-end aspects of material logistics. This includes kit preparation, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup, ensuring a flawless and efficient supply pipeline. - Program & Operational Planning: Oversee physical enrichment program preparations, manage the material assembly team, handle scheduling, coordinate supply ordering, and implement strict operational protocols. - Warehouse & Workspace Management: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and positive central workspace, optimizing inventory flow and layout. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster clear, proactive communication with headquarters and on-site camp leadership teams to ensure seamless daily camp operations. - Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Continually assess and track supply chain performance and inventory accuracy. Develop and document new methods and protocols to continuously optimize operations.   REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Quantitative Thinking: Strong ability to plan, analyze, and assess supply metrics numerically for strategic purchasing and inventory decision-making. - Organizational Excellence: Exceptional expertise in scheduling, procurement, and high-volume fulfillment management. - Hands-on Material Handling: Deep enthusiasm for practical, hands-on tasks including heavy material preparation, packing, and volume management.
