Schedule of the Material Handlers:
Monday - Friday
1st Shift: 7am- 3:30pm - $18
2nd Shift: 12:30pm - 9pm - $18
3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7am - $19.44
About this role:
The Material Handler is responsible for accurately processing, handling, and fulfilling Internal inventory demo requests. Working within a controlled warehouse environment, this role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, proper documentation, and safe handling practices while supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities of the Material Handlers:
• Accurately process and fulfill internal demo inventory requests.
• Safely handle, transact, and move materials within a controlled warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory adjustments and transactions in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring timely and precise material flow.
• Uphold Quality Policy in all daily activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to resolve discrepancies and meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling practices at all times.
• Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required.
• Use of computer devices, printers, product handling device-pallet jacks, other equipment as required.
• Communicate via email to requesters to provide updates on order status.
• Update and monitor Inventory Request Tool
• Prepare and pack demo orders to be shipped.
• Performs other duties as required.
Required qualifications:
• 1 - 2 years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
