Description
Description: Bluedrop Water is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our team. This role is both a hands-on field position and a leadership role. The Master Plumber will perform plumbing installations while also overseeing complex projects, supporting the plumbing team, and helping ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Candidates must be able to start no later than June 20th, 2026. Key Responsibilities: • Perform plumbing installations in the field for residential and other assigned projects • Oversee and manage complex plumbing projects from start to finish • Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes, regulations, safety standards, permitting, and inspections • Supervise and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and technicians by providing guidance, training, and support • Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution • Estimate materials, labor, and project costs, and prepare job proposals or bids • Troubleshoot plumbing system issues and recommend repairs, improvements, or upgrades • Review all residential site surveys and ensure any issues are identified and resolved • Coordinate and complete second site surveys when needed • Support the residential plumbing team with troubleshooting during installations and service work Requirements: • Current Master Plumber license in good standing • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting • Thorough understanding of local and state plumbing codes, permits, and inspections • Ability to lead, train, and support team members in the field • Experience estimating project materials, labor, and costs • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Preferred Qualities • Leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor others • Strong problem-solving skills • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented • Comfortable balancing field work with project oversight responsibilities Why Bluedrop: • Competitive compensation. • Comprehensive training. • Supportive team environment with growth opportunities. • The chance to be part of a mission-driven company making a positive environmental impact.
