Skills • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy. • Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. • Familiarity with medical terminology related to occupational health. • Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. • Ability to perform patient assessments effectively to tailor treatments accordingly. • Experience in a med spa environment is a plus but not required.
