Assists the on-duty supervisor to ensure proper food preparation and quality throughout all food outlets. • Prepares food and ingredients at the beginning of an assigned shift and replenishes during slow periods. • Creates orders according to menu and supervisor instructions with attention to taste and visual appeal. • Maintains the kitchen and supply room in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition. • Assists in maintaining Marketplace inventory, orders, stocks, and rotates items. Dates all perishable items upon delivery. Keeps condiments filled. • Keeps kitchen clean to include floors walls, ceiling tiles, equipment (inside & out) as well as deep cleaning projects such as fryers, grease traps, shelves and walls.
