Description Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an opportunity for a part-time Marketplace Assistant who is responsible for the maintenance of Funds Held in Trust for Accounts as it relates to the Patient Access Card (PAC) for all Gateway Rehab facilities. This position does not supervise the work of other positions. This position receives infrequent supervision and instruction. Responsibilities • Receives calls for the Patient Access Card (PAC). • Creates and maintains information on cash and credit card deposits. • Performs investigation and follow-up for deposit information as needed. • Provides backup to the Marketplace when necessary. • Submitting purchase orders for accounting. • Works on special projects assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other software applications required. • Computer literacy and competent typing skills required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills required. • Customer Service skills required. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Requirements • Account and/or Bookkeeping experience preferred. Additional Requirements • Pass PA Criminal Background Check. • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances. • Pass Drug Screen. • 2-Step TB Test. Work Conditions • Hybrid position when needed. • Favorable working conditions. • Minimal physical demands. • Significant mental demands include routine decision making, continuous attention to detail and high mental and visual concentration.
