Description
TL;DR We’re hiring a Marketing Strategy Lead to turn Listen’s market POV, customer insights, and company strategy into executive-ready stories, decks, thought leadership, and content programs. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing and leadership team to shape how Listen explains the category, packages our point of view, and brings big ideas to market through high-quality presentations, content series, webinars, and market narratives. This role is for someone who is structured, polished, and has high-taste. Someone who can take a messy idea, find the sharpest story, turn it into a clear deck or content program, and keep improving it based on audience engagement and business impact. This is a senior IC role with high ownership. You’ll help build the strategy and storytelling muscle behind Listen’s marketing engine. Min. 4–7 years in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, strategy, consulting, or related roles. Prior marketing experience is required. Management consulting experience or experience at a scaling startup is a plus. BACKGROUND Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions. COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS: - World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs (previous AI exit), former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain, Goldman Sachs, and many more Sequoia-backed startups (plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds). - Hypergrowth: We're a fast-growing team backed by top-tier investors that's grown several-fold in the past year, and we're set on multiplying that again. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and love working with people who take ownership. - Traction: Rapid growth across segments with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G. - Performance: Industry-leading win rate driven by a highly differentiated product. - Market Validation: Consistently winning customers across all segments with over six-figure lands that lead to quick expansions. - Viral Product: Interviews are shared with tens of thousands of viewers, fueling PLG, organic expansion, and daily inbound from Fortune 500s. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own strategic marketing projects - Build executive-ready decks for leadership, webinars, events, thought leadership, customer conversations, and major marketing moments. - Develop thought leadership programs that turn customer insights, product momentum, and market trends into strong external-facing content. - Own and scale content series, webinars, and recurring formats that educate the market and engage our audience. - Use performance data and audience feedback to understand what resonates and improve the next version. WHO YOU ARE - You are an excellent storyteller with strong strategic instincts and great taste. - You can take ambiguous inputs, structure the thinking, and turn them into a crisp narrative, deck, or content program. - You have prior marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, product marketing, or a high-growth startup. - You are polished and executive-ready, with the judgment to work directly with founders, leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams. - You like building repeatable processes and improving them over time. - You are comfortable operating as a senior IC in an early-stage environment. - You have the taste to know when something is too generic, too dense, too fluffy, or not yet ready. YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF - You enjoy turning messy ideas into clear stories that help people understand why something matters. - You’ve worked in product marketing, content strategy, marketing strategy, management consulting, or a strategy role at a high-growth startup. - You are exci
