Description
Do you enjoy paid social, creative content and the challenge of finding what makes people stop scrolling, click and convert? Are you curious about what makes one ad perform better than another – and excited by the idea of combining creativity with data-driven marketing?
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who is fluent in Swedish, with a focus on paid social and content to help us create digital campaigns that perform – for both our own brands and our clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of performance marketing, social media, creative production and campaign optimization. You like testing new ideas, creating engaging ads, following results and understanding what drives performance.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative team working closely together on client projects – from campaign planning and creative development to performance analysis and optimization. You should feel comfortable participating in client meetings, discussing campaign results, sharing insights and suggesting improvements based on data and creative learnings.
You will mainly work with Meta and TikTok, while also supporting campaigns and content across other digital channels such as Snapchat, YouTube, Google and LinkedIn.
In this role, you’ll contribute to developing creative concepts, writing copy, creating visual assets, producing simple video formats, setting up campaigns, testing different approaches and optimizing performance based on data and insights.
Responsibilities
• Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns, mainly in Meta and TikTok.
• Create engaging content for digital marketing channels.
• Develop creative ad ideas and adapt messaging to different audiences, channels and campaign goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues on campaign planning, product launches, and content initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on paid social.
• Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Has a strong eye for design, branding, copy and visual communication.
• Understands how creative, audience, channel and campaign setup work together to drive performance.
• Is curious, proactive and enjoys testing new ideas.
• Has an analytical mindset and is motivated by improving campaign results.
• Is structured and comfortable managing several campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
It’s a plus if you have:
• Experience from working with multiple client accounts, brands or campaigns in parallel.
• Experience from a digital marketing agency or another fast-paced marketing environment.
• Experience with Snapchat Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and copywriting best practices.
Why you'll love working with us
At our company, you'll have the opportunity to combine creativity with commercial impact. You'll join a collaborative and international team where initiative is encouraged, ideas are valued, and you'll have the freedom to make a real difference.
• A friendly and inclusive international work environment with plenty of space for initiatives and original ideas.
• EdTech company with a flat organization and quick decision-making.
• The opportunity to work with some of Sweden's largest and most well-known companies.
• Excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth.
• A modern office at Karlaplan in Stockholm, flexible working hours, and hybrid work options.
• Breakfasts, fitness sessions, fika, and after-work gatherings.
