Job Description Job Description: To develop the strategy and implement promotional tactics consistent with Strategic Marketing recommendations to ensure the performance of our therapeutic solutions within the Portuguese Subsidiary: • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the market and sales performance of our Hematology products. • Identification and engagement with the main stakeholders: doctors, customers, health actors, pharmacists. • Planning and execution of the brand strategy, while supporting the definition of qualitative and quantitative objectives. • Development and implementation of the promotional campaigns and commercial activities of our Oncology business unit products in an omnichannel strategy. • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and developments in medical knowledge and scientific publications of our therapeutic area. • Comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities. May be required to perform other duties as assigned Candidate Profile Profile Requirements Education • Master’s Degree in life or pharmaceutical Sciences • Additional education in Marketing is valued Experience • Previous work experience of +2 years in Marketing and/or Sales within Pharmaceutical or Health Sector. Oncology or Hematology is a plus. • Experience in launching and managing oncology products is a strong advantage • Knowledge/experience of Digital Marketing Tools.
