In a globally growing healthcare market, we are looking for a full time Marketing Operations & Events Specialist . Role Overview The Marketing Operations & Events Specialist is responsible for the organisational and operational workings of the marketing function. The role combines event planning with broader marketing operations and coordination responsibilities, ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with a high level of professionalism. This is a hands-on execution role for a highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, managing external partners, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. While event management is a core part of the role, it is not limited to events; the position supports a wide range of marketing services and operational activities across the organisation. Below is a list of key responsibilities associated with this role. This list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs and team priorities. Key Responsibilities: Event planning & execution • Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external events including trade shows, customer events, and internal events • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venues, suppliers, agencies, timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination (select events) • Act as the main operational point of contact for event agencies, booth builders, and other event-related partners • Ensure consistent brand representation and a high-quality participant experience across all events Marketing operations & coordination • Serve as the central coordination point for marketing operational requests (e.g. roll-ups, • signage, promotional materials, giveaways) • Manage the production and ordering of marketing materials, working closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders • Support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of design assets by coordinating with external creative agencies • Manage day-to-day collaboration with external agencies (creative, event, video, production) Asset & content management • Maintain and organise marketing assets such as photos, videos, presentations, and templates • Upload, structure, and manage assets in shared systems to ensure easy access and reuse • Support basic governance around version control and brand consistency Required • 3-5 years proven experience in event management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-focused marketing role • Strong organisational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple parallel activities without losing detail • High reliability and ownership mindset • Experience working with external agencies and vendors • Comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional environment • Experience in B2B a plus • (International) travel requirements of up to 10% REPORTING STRUCTURE: • This position reports to the Global Brand Director
