Who we are looking for Promenade (formerly known only as BloomNation), is searching for a Marketing Operations Director to help support our sales, marketing, and customer onboarding teams as we manage incredible growth and new vertical expansion.  This is a high-impact, highly technical role designed to drive efficiency, insights, and operational excellence across the Marketing team. You’ll help scale our lead generation and customer acquisition efforts by managing the systems, data, and processes that power campaigns. You’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Onboarding to ensure seamless handoffs, clear attribution, and consistent reporting, but your primary home is Marketing, and your focus is on empowering the team with better tools, better data, and better outcomes.
