Key Responsibilities:
Key Accountability No. 1
Project and campaign management
• Lead the end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and
deliverables are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, communication workflows, and progress trackers to ensure
efficient execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, creatives, vendors) for
seamless delivery of campaigns and collateral.
• Oversee production of marketing materials -videos, brochures, digital assets, presentations,
and event collateral.
Key Accountability No. 2
Marketing planning & execution
• Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans for Industrial, Water, and
Commercial Properties business units (as assigned).
• Conduct market scans, competitor reviews, and insights gathering to inform strategic and
tactical recommendations.
• Assist in crafting messaging frameworks, brand narratives, and communication strategies
tailored to each business line.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, on-site, PR, events, partnerships) to drive brand
visibility and lead generation.
Key Accountability No. 3
Events & stakeholder engagement
• Plan and execute industry events, locator engagements, site activation activities, and
community-facing programs.
• Manage event logistics, program flow, production suppliers, registration processes, and
stakeholder coordination.
• Support lead management and visitor experience initiatives (e.g., investor visits, FPIP
tours, business missions).
• Ensure consistent brand presence in all stakeholder touchpoints.
Key Accountability No. 4
Reporting & Analytics
• Track performance of campaigns, events, and marketing assets using defined KPIs.
• Prepare regular project updates, post-event reports, and recommendations for
improvement.
• Maintain a centralized repository of marketing materials, documentation, and brand assets.
Key Accountability No. 5
Vendor & budget management
• Source, evaluate, and manage partner agencies, creatives, and suppliers to ensure quality
and cost-efficiency.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and liquidation for marketing activities.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. Licensure and/or Certification Required: N/A
3. Experience: With at least five (5) years’ work experience in Marketing, Communications,
Advertising or related fields and industry
