We are looking for a commercially minded marketer with a flair for bringing customer experiences to life. This role would suit a seasoned marketer who is keen to join a dynamic marketing team to lead campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and commercial performance across an exciting portfolio of leisure experiences.
This is a unique opportunity for some who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Working closely with colleagues across operations, digital, sales and location teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, engage with and enjoy a growing offering.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across key trading periods and seasonal activity.
• Developing compelling campaigns that showcase a diverse portfolio of leisure experiences, ensuring each proposition is positioned effectively for its target audience.
• Using customer insight, campaign data and performance reporting to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with digital, operational and venue teams to enhance the customer journey, from initial discovery through to booking and on-site experience.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is aligned, commercially focused and consistently delivered to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous marketing experience within a multi-site, consumer-facing business such as leisure, hospitality, retail or entertainment, is a must.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• A commercially aware marketer who uses data and customer insight to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work collaboratively across a wide range of teams.
Why you’ll love this opportunity:
• Take ownership of the marketing activity that directly influences customer engagement and commercial success.
• Join a collaborative and supportive marketing team where your ideas and expertise will make a genuine impact.
• Work across a varied portfolio of brands and leisure experiences, giving you exposure to diverse audiences and campaigns.
• Be part of a business that’s continually investing in its customer proposition and creating memorable experiences.
• Take advantage of opportunities for ongoing professional development.
