The Quickbooks Ecosystem Lifecycle Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Marketer to help develop
best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive adoption and active use of our Quickbooks business. Using
customer data, insights, and marketing automation tools, this position will be responsible for creating and
executing campaigns that engage, retain and delight our Small Business customers throughout their lifecycle.

Location: Remote, Mountain View, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego
Job Responsibilities:
● Work closely with product marketing, go-to-market teams, analytics, and finance to critically evaluate
and size impact of addressing business problems with segments, audiences and cohorts and the
potential impact of various strategies.
● Craft and implement advanced lifecycle strategies, across various channels like email, SMS, push
notifications, in-product, and landing pages, using segmentation techniques such as cohort age,
behavioral scoring, product engagement, and AI/ML-informed intent signals.
● Apply data-driven insights and predictive models to enhance customer experiences and maximize
customer retention.
● Drive attach, upgrade, retention and trial conversion strategies, including platform adoption, annual
pricing discounts, optimization of upgrade and downgrade flows, and enhancement of trial conversion
tactics.
● Implement gamification best practices to boost product adoption, develop habit loops, and increase
engagement across different lifecycle stages.
● Build detailed program schedules - from project kick off, campaign development, Q/A, legal review,
to deployment and results tracking. All while managing stakeholder expectations and communicating
out project timelines.
● Work cross-functionally with product marketing, engineering, data and marketing operations,
analytics, creative, and legal teams to spearhead initiatives, without direct reports, in order to optimize
the omni-channel end-to-end customer experience.
● Identify the key performance indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators,
including: revenue impact, ROI, retention, and customer growth.
● Recommend test plans to measure incremental lift for customer growth, onboarding, trial conversion,
and retention strategies, including A/B testing. Analyze results along with analysts and recommend
optimization opportunities.
● Write creative briefs. Manage creative development with content and visual designers and developers.
Solicit legal approval for marketing assets.
● Partner with the Marketing Operations team to document requirements to bring strategies to the
launch phase.
● Collaborate with data science teams to identify opportunities for and improvements to predictive models, including onboarding, churn prediction, feature adoption, downgrade propensity, attach, and
upsell.
● Deploy AI/ML models in Eloqua, Braze, and in-product discovery proprietary tools for real-time,
behaviorally responsive journeys.
● Independently manage projects with limited direction, navigating through ambiguous environments,
undefined processes, and shifting priorities to achieve goals.
● Launch full-scale programmatic campaigns, involving hands-on tasks such as copywriting, journey
mapping, and flow quality assurance.
