You'll shape the story of a growing Diabetes Care brand, translating customer insights into powerful campaigns, meaningful engagement, and measurable commercial growth. Working at the intersection of innovation, healthcare and human experience, you'll bring our value proposition to life for customers, healthcare professionals and partners alike. From launching impactful campaigns to enabling our sales teams and influencing go-to-market strategy, you'll transform ideas into momentum and ambition into results. Most importantly, your work will help more people discover solutions that give them greater freedom and confidence in managing diabetes, making a real difference far beyond traditional marketing metrics. 🔧 What You’ll Take On In your role, you will: Own and execute the annual marketing plan for the Diabetes Care portfolio in Germany, keeping local activity aligned with corporate objectives. Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, from content creation to event execution. Partner with sales teams to build impactful sales tools, presentations and customer facing materials that support business development. Represent Kaleido at conferences, scientific meetings, customer events and industry forums across Europe. Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitive activity, translating them into actionable commercial recommendations. Collaborate with global product management, R&D, clinical and commercial teams on positioning, launch planning and lifecycle management. Manage marketing and event budgets, tracking KPIs and campaign ROI to continuously improve performance. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare systems and professional networks. 📌 What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related discipline; a Master's is a plus. Significant experience in senior marketing roles within the MedTech industry, ideally with exposure to Diabetes Care. A track record of developing and executing commercial marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. Proven experience supporting sales teams through marketing initiatives and sales enablement tools. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with experience using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics. Excellent project management, organisational and budget management skills. Fluent in English, written and verbal; German language skills are a strong plus given the market focus.
