As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, community engagement, marketing strategy, and public-facing initiatives across Pacific Health Group and affiliated entities. Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, execution, and optimization of all marketing, branding, communications, community engagement, and public relations activities across Pacific Health Group and its affiliated entities. This position serves as the operational leader of the marketing function and is responsible for driving brand awareness, community partnerships, patient and member engagement, referral source development, digital marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, and organizational visibility. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with executive leadership, healthcare partners, community organizations, vendors, media outlets, and internal departments to ensure all marketing initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, data-driven leader with experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational growth, brand awareness, service line expansion, and community engagement. Translate executive vision into measurable marketing initiatives and campaigns. Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. Identify new opportunities to increase organizational visibility, referral partnerships, and community impact. Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational objectives. Brand Management & Creative Direction Maintain and strengthen brand integrity across all Pacific Health Group entities and affiliated organizations. Develop and enforce brand standards, messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, social media content, videos, print materials, and promotional assets. Ensure consistent branding across all digital and physical touchpoints. Support the positioning and growth of affiliated brands while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, community-based organizations, educational institutions, workforce development agencies, and strategic partners. Represent Pacific Health Group at networking events, conferences, community meetings, health fairs, and public engagement opportunities.
