Marketing Manager Remote (UK) Do you want to help shape software that affects thousands of lives? Who are we? We are ranked as the UK’s #1 construction specific software player and our mission is simple; to provide market leading end-to-end software solutions to the construction and construction like industries across the entire build life cycle. If you are looking to build an exceptional career with an award-winning company you’ve come to the right place. Our teams are based in the UK, Europe, and India, working on products that are used on a global scale. We have a clear and defined road map to deliver over the next 3 years, which is centred around a large-scale digital transformation as well as continuing our growth and expansion. We embrace diversity and equality and want our employees to be comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills and views. Creating a culture of Equality isn’t just the right thing to do, it improves every aspect of our business. Purpose We are looking for a commercially led, revenue-accountable Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution for a portfolio of software applications within Causeway. You will own demand generation activity for your assigned area and play a key role in our shift from product-led marketing to a platform-led, customer-centric GTM strategy underpinned by CausewayOne. You will shape and execute marketing strategies that deliver qualified pipeline, improve conversion rates, and support growth through persona-led campaigns, cross-sell plays and targeted ABM. Critically, you will be expected to own the commercial outcomes of your activity – contributing directly to GRR protection, NRR improvement, and new logo pipeline. You will be comfortable speaking in the numbers that connect marketing investment to revenue performance, modelling impact, making deliberate trade-offs, and communicating clearly what is and is not working. Reporting to the Business Unit marketing leader, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Product and Pre-Sales, supported by a shared services marketing team covering Brand, Digital and Marketing Ops. With clear commercial targets, you will be responsible for tracking performance to revenue goals and communicating what we’re learning and improving. What this role offers: • Ownership of marketing activity with direct accountability for revenue. • The opportunity to build and run campaigns for high-value customer and new accounts. • Direct contribution to Causeway’s shift to platform-led, AI-first go-to-market execution. • Involvement in storytelling, working closely with Sales to create valuable assets. • Collaborative, high-impact environment where marketing is measured by outcomes. • Clear commercial targets tied to GRR, NRR and pipeline. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning • Define, prioritise and deliver the marketing plan with clear ICP segmentation, account tiering and revenue-impact trade-offs – linking activity directly to GRR protection, cross-sell expansion and new logo pipeline. • Lead planning and execution of cross-sell and ABM campaigns targeting high-value, enterprise and strategic accounts. • Own full-funnel campaign planning with explicit metrics at each stage – from awareness through to pipeline contribution and closed revenue. • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product launches, sales plays and the broader CausewayOne platform narrative. • Support Sales and SDRs with campaigns tailored to strategic sales objectives. • Lead retention marketing activity in partnership with Account Management – including structured outreach for renewal pools, churn-risk accounts and platform adoption plays. Campaign Execution • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, webinars, social and events. • Build and ma
