About the role
In this hybrid role, you will act as both a Content Development Specialist and a Subject Matter Expert , leading the creation and deployment of high-impact marketing content while shaping channel strategies across acute care segments. You will translate complex clinical and technical information into meaningful stories that resonate with healthcare professionals—while driving measurable growth across key channels like hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs.
You will be part of a team that’s shaping the future of acute care—where your work directly supports clinicians, enhances patient care, and drives meaningful innovation.
What you will do
• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies across hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs
• Create compelling clinical content, campaigns, and collateral
• Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex medical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and medical teams to drive adoption and revenue
• Travel: up to 20%
What you bring
• Minimum of 3–5+ years of medical marketing experience (Preferred: 5+ years of experience in channel and content strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the medical device industry in acute care)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and content strategy
• Proven ability to develop compelling content and drive engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
• Familiarity with CMS tools, CRM platforms, and design software (Adobe Suite)
