Promotional Calendar & Campaign Coordination • Lead the promotional calendar across all museum departments and key initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional campaigns supporting major exhibitions, new collection announcements, signature fundraising events, family programming, corporate events, educational initiatives, retail launches, seasonal campaigns, and sponsor activations. Analytics, Performance & Executive Reporting • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against core KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, website conversions, ticket sales, membership growth, email engagement, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), CAC, and revenue attribution. • Develop executive reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership for continuous optimization. Qualifications Required • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years managing paid advertising budgets. • Budget Management: Proven experience managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $250,000. • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setups, and email marketing platforms. • Core Skills: Excellent project management abilities, strong copywriting and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously. • Certifications: Google Ads certification preferred.
