Job Description • Campaign Execution: Support the rollout and optimization of marketing campaigns and targeted local initiatives at the hub level; • Content Management: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and perfect timing of all visual content, such as banners and stories, within the Flink app; • Customer Activation: Drive conversions by testing and launching weekly email and push notification campaigns to hundreds of thousands of users; • End-to-End Project Management: Drive projects from briefing to completion, managing deadlines and ensuring flawless delivery; • Data-Driven Optimization: Dive into campaign metrics to identify what works, translating data into actionable insights for improvement; • Team Player: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to elevate our marketing strategy. This position requires being in the office at least 3-4 days per week (we do not provide compensation for travel costs).
